Defensive Technical Skills
Defense involves digging and blocking. With digging, it's efficiently cutting off hits, and pre-determined footwork on shots. The timing of readiness, and lightening of the feet with the read is crucial to understand and get more consistent results. Blocking consist of read progressions with the ball and the opponent.
