Serve Receive Technical Classes
There is not just one way to pass a ball. There are many different serves (reads), and each serve is its own unique passing technique. Each technique shares some fundamentals, such as an early platform, set away from the body, and timed footwork, but each has a unique footwork base and platform angle that needs to be addressed. Why are you late to a short serve? Why do you get jammed on a deep serve? Why does the ball not go to my target? We break down the skill then work on each read independently to understand the skill and get more repetition with each.
