Setting
Setting is the key factor for a strong attack. Setting has to be consistent with each pass to to get your partner attacking at their best. The rhythm, location, height, and apex of the set are crucial factors for consistency. A good pass helps, but even with a bad pass a good setter can get the offense back in system for a strong attack. We master:
Positioning: Crossover towards the ball, breakdown.

Approach: The footwork to different passes
Base and Lift: Stride base, Lift contact with legs.
Follow through: Result of leg lift
Look and call: See the defense and helping your partner with shot location
Cover: Ready position for blocked balls
Pull: Middle of the court positioning to get one overs.
